Having accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior and growing in relationship with Him is central to my life. I have experienced healing from rejection, abandonment, fear and insecurities. As I continue to grow, heal and mature, the desire behind Heart Refreshed is for you to find freedom too! Because of this, my relationship with Jesus heavily influences my coaching style.
